Prince Edward Island Charitable Gaming

The Consumer, Labor and Financial Services Division of the department of Environment, Labor and Justice licenses and regulates all charitable gaming in the province. Before 2010, charitable gaming was regulated by the Consumer, Corporate and Insurance Division. Upon approval, all charitable gaming activities and events must be operated by a charitable or religious organization.

Forms of charitable gaming include bingo, raffles, break-open tickets and Monte Carlo events.
